It’s a private room with a good size closet. It also has a bathroom and a half. Includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. And a spare room for storage or space for someone to visit. The house has a deck, a storage shed, and I have everything for a house except the furniture for a second room.

Utilities are not included in the rent listed. And I have to double check what the security deposit was. The usual bills have to be paid; Oil heat, wifi, trash, power. Water is included as long as we keep the bill low. Ex: no watering the lawn in summer.

Since I’m paying more of the rent I’d like someone willing to mow the lawn.

The house isn’t far from Covington so you have all the amenities close by, but the house is surrounded by small farms- Alpaca, horses, goats, you name it- So it’s pretty quiet.

There’s a train that’s relatively close, but it’s not very loud.

The availability is now. Trying to find someone before my lease is up.

I’m 29 female, and work at the airport as a biologist. I’m in and out a lot and my schedule changes a lot as well. I have a few reptiles and a bird. The bird lives outside and tends to be quiet.

I’m nerdy and enjoy video games and nature.

Idc if you smoke, but do it outside please.

As long as the dishes are kept up with and the house is kept in at least organized chaos, we’ll be just fine.
