Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to move into a room in my spacious 3bdr, 2.5 bath apartment in Chinatown. The neighborhood is amazing - great food, boba, and coffee shops within walking distance, we’re 2 blocks from the LA Historic State Park (a similar distance from Elysian park) as well as 2 blocks from the Chinatown metro stop. The area is super safe and a really fun/central place to live!

The apartment is beautiful, full of natural light, and is basically brand new (we’re the first tenants to rent it since it’s been remodeled!). It is 3 stories with the living room and kitchen in the middle story (where you enter from outside), the available bedroom is downstairs with another bedroom and a bathroom down there, and a mezzanine on the top floor. We also have our own rooftop deck with a view of the skyline and mountains!

The living spaces will be furnished, so all you’ll need to bring is what you would want in your bedroom (bed, nightstand, etc). I’ll provide all the kitchen ware, cleaning supplies, and furniture throughout the rest of the apartment. There is also a locked storage unit attached to our unit where you could store extra belongings. We have a washer/dryer in unit, and central A/C. The space does not come with a parking spot in the garage, but there is consistently tons of street parking around the place as we live on a cul-de-sac, so there’s never an issue with finding a spot.

A little about me: I’m a queer Afro-Latinx vocalist and harpist from NYC working in gaming and field marketing. Many of my friends are musicians, creatives and gamers (not the toxic kind haha). Excited to meet you!

Current roommate Julien is a non-binary qtpoc linguist who enjoys a night out, or a night in playing board games or video games.
