Ponderosa Drive

It’s a spread out area and good neighborhood. The bedroom has a full size bed and a coffee table no drawers or dressers and has a bathroom in it. House isn’t very big and has enough space to park an extra car or two. If you prefer to use your own furniture in the master bedroom then I can take the coffee table and bed out. Has a washing machine and dryer but the dryer hasn’t been used so not even sure if it works well since I air dry my clothes anyway . WiFi is included and other bills split in half.

It’s me and my son he’s only 6 and lives with me about 5 days a week. I’m married but wife and I live separately she comes over daily. Smoking weed is fine (I do not smoke)but just outside or in the bedroom pls. Tobacco if one smokes it pls outside only.
