It is located in a back corner of the house with its own private entrance. The tenant will not have access to the rest of the house but is welcome to enjoy the patio and the backyard. Ample parking is available on the street. The suite is ideal for professionals who desire upscale living in the heart of Silicon Valley with easy commute to major employers, shopping, and outdoor spaces. The monthly rent is $1500 including all utilities and internet (no cable TV) with a minimum lease of 6 months and $2500 security deposit.
