Looking for one or two males to move into this extremely spacious double-master bedroom. This is the BIGGEST double you’ll find in Berkeley, and the house is a great group of guys (male students)! You would be sharing the bedroom and bathroom with 1 other male Berkeley student, and the house with super chill, clean, fun, and supportive housemates. Bedroom will come with a full size bedframe, and fully furnished living room and kitchen. The house is located on Regent Street, south side of Berkeley right across the street from Willard park, where there are always students and families having picnics, relaxing, and destressing. This is a quiet street, but just a 10 minute walk to campus. The lease is to be from January through May 2023. Rent is $950/month + utilities which is roughly $45/month (per person). Currently in the house are 2 undergraduate juniors, 1 undergraduate junior, and 1 recent graduate working full time. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome these guys are! I didn’t know any of them coming into the house, and now we’re all super close friends. Everyone’s super supportive of each other and respects each other’s living preferences and boundaries.
