Keypad lock with private code for entry to the room I will take care of all maintenance issues. You can use the living room, kitchen, all appliances as well as the washer and dryer.
In an up and coming neighborhood, this area is being gentrified!
Background check is mandatory for approval, I would prefer a 6 month lease, but can work with you on something short term. Proof of income/employment will be needed. No smoking indoors, weapons, drugs and pets.
