Rooms for rent in 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths house in South Portland, ME. There is also 1 extra studio in this house (private bedroom with own full bathroom and washer/dryer set). This house is newly-renovated so all 4 rooms + 1 studio (all with closets, unfurnished) are available, move in ready by mid March. Water and lights are included. No pets, No smoking by any means. This house is located in safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Portland (3 mins to I-95/295, 7 mins to Portland Downtown, to Maine Med and all colleges/universities. We are looking for someone who are clean, responsible, respectful of others (Employed, college students… are all welcome). This house already has 1 cat, so no other pets are allowed. Renter’s insurance is required. Dryer/washer set is free and available in basement. This house also has large yard and deck for summer months. First and last month rent is required plus a security deposit of $500. Minimum 6-month lease.
