The 2Bed2Bath is large, spacious and has everything you can want. Great lighting, heat, in unit W/D, AC, a good amount of storage space, etc. There’s option to park in the building for an additional fee. There’s a courtyard space tenants can use the grill at and a small gym. Each roommate has their own private bedroom and full bathroom. The living room and kitchen are large. South Boston (Southie) is Boston’s top young professional community. The apartment is minutes away for fantastic nightlife that people from all over the city come to experience and right across the street from the red line, which grants you access to some of the city’s most important spots. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do/see nearby. A gym will also be opening right next door and a liquor store/Dunkin is less than a minute door to door. Plenty of other things easily accessible like doctors offices, dry cleaners, barber shops, etc, all within a 3-10 min walk.

I am a single working professional. During the week, I normally lay low and am pretty quiet, going to the gym in the early morning and possibly watching a show or movie at night. On weekends, I like to spend time with friends, whatever that might entail.
