THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW. Single room with private bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room. Property is only a few blocks from the beach, great spot in the heart of Virginia Beach’s ViBE District. Easy walk to the beach and a great location overall. Washer and dryer included. Water comes with the condo so you only need to pay half of the electricity and internet bill. The condo also comes with a storage unit, a parking spot as well as a guest pass, and a community pool. Looking to sublease my room starting in February or March and ending in August. ROOM DOES NOT COME FURNISHED.
About the roomies
