Lavaca Drive

I’m renting out one bedroom with access to personal bathroom and close to front door and garage. The room is currently my guest room with a queen-size bed which you can decorate any way you’d like, the bathroom is next door. You will be close to the second bedroom which I use as an activities/hobby room and is set up like a second living room; I don’t use this often and you’ll be able to use at your leisure. So you’ll have access to both and don’t have to use the living room if you’d like your own space to hang out in.

Free access to the kitchen and laundry room. I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate who can clean up after themselves and respects our shared space. Would like someone who is comfortable interacting casually/small talk, etc and is okay with dogs.

The neighborhood is a nice and friendly community, 12 mins to downtown Belton and 20-ish mins Temple downtown.

I’m in my 30s, friendly and conversational, work Monday-Friday and have two friendly hypoallergenic dogs in the home. We lounge at home during the weekdays but usually spend the weekends out of the house.
