Amber's room

It is a two-story duplex/townhouse at the end of the end of the street. It is a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. The room faces the back porch and is largely unused. The property is within five minutes of the highway and downtown with access to public transportation if needed.

The only occupant is myself with occasional visits from my significant other. I am mostly a homebody however I work two jobs so my at home hours vary day to day. I have a small dog who is almost 16yrs old and would be fine with a cat that prefers a relaxed lifestyle, she is not a fan of most other dogs. I like to keep common areas clean and prefer someone who enjoys a low key living situation.
