Beautiful bedroom with private bathroom on top level of large detached home. Fully furnished. Local TV channels available free from whole-house antenna. Huge custom walk-in closet. Laundry facilities are located on the main level of the home and available to tenant, along with a full kitchen also located on the main level. House is located in the community of Kingstowne near Fort Belvoir. Lots of shopping is nearby, such as Wegman’s, Amazon Fresh, Springfield Town Center, etc. Close to Metro and bus routes. Commuting distance to Fort Belvoir, Mark Center, Pentagon, Ft. Myer, Joint Base Andrews. On-street parking. Please no pets, smoking of any kind, any illegal drugs, or overnight guests. We are pet friendly but no pets are allowed. We can only rent the room to one individual, it is not suitable for couples or children. All utilities are included, except internet. Tenant can arrange for a separate account for internet.

Owners live at the residence, and rent a bedroom to one other tenant. We are all mature, responsible adults who are quiet and friendly. We have 2 small dogs who are generally quiet but bark occasionally as dogs do.
