My house is located near 67th Ave. and Peoria. The house is 1620 ft.² single story with a two car garage and grass backyard. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bath. Must be okay with a large female dog (she’s very sweet) and doggie door. No cats. Rent would include utilities (including WiFi) plus a parking spot in the garage and access to the entire house! Hello! I’ve had a very unfortunate event happen and am now looking for a new roommate! I work events at a foster care organization during the day and I coach gymnastics 2 nights a week so I’m out of the house quite a bit. I have a 6 year old female black Labrador retriever. She is very sweet and mostly keeps to herself unless you have the ball 😊 I would love a roommate that I could get along with and possibly be a friend to. I always respect boundaries and treat others the way I would like to be treated.
