Looking for a female roommate to share a townhome in Gaithersburg. There are two rooms with a private bathroom being rented out together for $875 total so you can use one of them as an office space. Utilities is split amongst housemates and will range from $75 to $125. The kitchen is shared and there is a washer and dryer available for use. A monthly cleaning service for the shared spaces and bathroom is also included. The place is located only a 5 minute drive away from route 270, NIST, NIH, multiple grocery stores, fast places, gyms and restaurants. The Seneca Creek State park is also just a 15 minute walk away if hiking or running is something you enjoy. Rent is $875 and 1/3 utilities which would be about $75 to $125.
