Liz's room

The room has a table and a closet and a bed, but you are free to bring your own furniture. The bathroom is your own.

The townhouse has a large common space, 1/2 bathroom downstairs that you can use as well, and a patio. You will have your own parking space, but there are many places outside too if you have guests. The condominium is gated and has a pool and jacuzzi. We have several parks just across the road. Minimum stay - 3 months, then month-to-month lease agreement. The lease term is negotiable with the landowner. All internet, Gas and electricity bills are included in the price. No pets, unless it is a cat that is litter trained. I don’t have any pets of my own.

I graduated from Chapman University with a Business degree and currently work remotely in marketing for a startup. I lead a healthy lifestyle and do lots of yoga and pilates. Cooking/cleaning is therapy for me! Music is a big part of my life and I enjoy going to concerts and shows. I travel whenever I get a chance and love weekend trips and outings. I am not a clean freak, yet I tend to keep my place nice n’ clean. It helps me stay organized in my work. Open minded and straightforward and I would appreciate a roommate, who shares these same qualities:)
