The room currently has a desk but that will be removed and moved to my room. There’s a Twin XL base if you want to use it. Never been used because my daughter has a bunk bed. The room currently has no door but will be added with lock before move in. Lastly, the room is unfurnished, shared bathroom, and includes all utilities.

Hello! I’m located right in front of Grant Union High School. I’m also a single mother of one 6 year old girl and a dog owner. ALL utilities will be taken care of by me. I don’t have a car so you can park in front and I’m currently doing a little bit of house renovations (bathroom fan and kitchen fan). Just me, my kid and dog. I received my BS in Business from Pepperdine University and MS in HR from USC. I currently work in HR for a nonprofit organization in Oakland CA. I work from home Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Work in office Tuesday/Wednesday. I’m into cooking, EDM, festivals, and hiking.
