Resort Living on Lake San Marcos Roommate Wanted Renting a Room Sucks! Sharing a HOME is Awesome! I have a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath, 1 car garage home on Lake San Marcos! That’s Right! ON THE WATER. You can literally kayak and Stand-Up Paddle Board right from your backyard. Imagine waking up, sipping your coffee on the patio, and listening to the ducks and swans swim by to say good morning to you as you finish your cup of coffee. You grab a kayak or a Stand-Up Paddle Board and go for a morning workout on the lake. You go to work, and whatever kind of day you had; you get to come home to a sunset overlooking the lake. You grab a beverage, have a sunset dinner, and all your worries melt away! The House - Single Story - No Stairs It is VERY Clean, and it has new paint and flooring. We are here for the View and the Location. IT IS RIGHT ON THE WATER. I have a Lake San Marcos Membership, which gives me access to 2 Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, and access to use SUP & Kayak at the lake, however, I have 2 Kayaks and 1 SUP of my own. The Lake has a Championship Par 72 Golf Course and an Executive Golf Course, which we have public access to. I am a member at both golf courses & which gives me the Lake privileges described above.

About me: I was looking for a room to rent and all I could find were people who want to rent you a room, take your money, and don’t want to see you. I was getting questions such as: when do you work, how often do you watch tv, how many times a week do you cook, etc.? It seems they want the money for the room, as long as you keep to yourself… So, now I am renting this amazing home for $4K mo. and I am looking for one professional person with a career to share this lake house. Good credit and pay stubs are required for application. More about me: I am an easygoing guy who loves life, golf, music, working and making money, exercise, and activities such as walking, golf, and SUP. I have a positive attitude about everything. I am busy around San Marcos all the time. I am looking for a male or female working professional who has a career and would enjoy this amazing property as much as I do. I want this to be your home too, not just renting a room. Yes, you can have friends over. Yes, you can hang out in the living room as much as you want, yes, you can cook as much as you want, yes you can use the BBQ and hang out on the patio and go out on the lake as much as you want. RENT: $1750 mo. for a large 12x13’ bedroom, double wide closet, 2 windows for optimal light, and your own bathroom. I just moved in, so the timing to move in and make this your own home is perfect.
