North State Street

This apartment is fabulous! You would have your own room, half bath (shared full), walk in closet, the apartment is fully furnished but i could leave you room empty or in need of just a bed! (I’m all for making this feel like your home too so styles can be changed up/comprisable!)
We get the best natural light, have wonderful community of only 11 other residents (mostly older and very quite), and its only short walk to North Main Street! Did I mention there’s a pool? Inclosed in a comunal shared backyard! They even have a little library exchange in our building!

It’s just me living here, my ex and I got the apartment together after moving down from the White Mountains area. We didn’t work out but I’m going to make every attempt I can to continue moving forward and do what’s best for me. I’m a neat person 90% of the time but it’s understandable that everyone has their days. I’m used to picking up after people and I’d really like that to get less frequent but I’m not going to get upset for you not immediately doing your dishes/taking care of things. Just be respectful. I’m really interested in making new friends/being friends with whoever I live with! I’d love to get coffee/lunch and chat a few times before knowing the decision right.
I have roommates from college who would be willing to contact you as well about any questions or concerns! I know how intimidating random roommate situations can be at first!
