Gold Drive

Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my lease ending in July 2023 ASAP because I’m being relocated for my job within a month!!! Cottages of Fort Collins Private Bed/Bath in a 4 bedroom house! The bedroom is on the top floor, with you own private bathroom for each of the girls! There is currently three other girls ( we have been living here since august 2021!) The Cottages is right next to Old Town and is the perfect student living for anyone at CSU! We are also totally fine with non-students! The house is right across the street from the leasing office, which includes a pool, hot tubs, a gym and many more amenities! The rent is the cheapest you can find for how upgraded this place is, I pay around $750 a month with utilities and everything! If you have any other questions please let me know!!

There is three other girls, we are all 20 years old. Two CSU students and one Aims student. We all have super packed schedules with school and work and have a very peaceful environment throughout the entire house. One roommate has a cat as well, so we would love to keep the house to a max of just the one pet. We all share a living room and kitchen downstairs and we make sure everything is neat and tidy for one another. We also have our own laundry/ drying machine which is so convenient!
