Hello I have two rooms available one for immediate availability and one open January 1st. Right off the 5 Fwy and Disneyland, very close and convenient location. It is a three bedroom house; full kitchen access, living room, and parking in driveway. There is one shared bathroom. Utilities range from $150- $300 split 3 ways, rent has never been more the $900 including utilities since I have lived here. Room in photos is approximately 10x12.

It is a smoke free/drug free environment, single christian man looking for two spirited individuals. Working professionals and individuals looking for a safe and comfortable environment look no further. Everyone here works hard and respects each other; we share the small items (trash bags, sponges, 5 gallon water, dish soap, etc) and split the responsibilities of cleaning.
