Hello, I am looking for one Female Roomate to share my 2 bed 2 bath condo. I am a mature female, looking for the same. Preferably over 35.

The BIG Advantage of this condo is you have the entire upstairs to yourself. (mini studio) The only time I go up there is to do Laundry once every 2 weeks. You are welcome to share the entire condo for $300 more per month. The upstairs area can be treated like your own studio if you like as it has the following:

A Huge Bedroom 17 x 12 feet, Wardrobe 12’ x 2’, Private Bathroom with Shower Stall and Window. Laminate wood floor throughout. Your own Private Entrance and outdoor patio. It includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, and Fridge/Freezer. The Shared Washer/Dryer is there too. So your choice to live upstairs only for privacy or use the entire condo. Full Kitchen Living room and outdoor patio along with my bedroom/bathroom are downstairs. Please see photos. Room is Furnished or Unfurnished. If you need furniture, I have a high quality Queen Air Mattress, Desk and Chair, table and storage container as shown in photo with square boxes.

• NOTE: I have one purebred mellow sweet cat who never goes upstairs as it is gated.

Property has a Gym, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.

I am from Ireland and extremely fit as play sports 3 times a week and walk everywhere. I am laid back when at home as like it quiet so I can paint or read and watch net flicks. I have headphones so if watching late at night I’ll use them not to disturb you. I work in an office a few hours a day and rest at home. Looking for someone who also goes to work somewhere else. My cat is very sweet and laid back sleeps all day and he sleeps in my room at nightime. I have had woman who don’t like cats live here and had no problem at all with Bailey..funny they actually got to really like him.
