About the room
My townhome is in a gated community off of Murfreesboro in Antioch. Depending on traffic, downtown Nashville is 20 minutes, and the airport is like 15 minutes away. It’s super convenient to I-24.
It’s a two-story home, completely furnished. There’s a carport and a spot for you to park, as well as open parking in the front. No smoking. I have an awesome security system and feel super safe.
About your room: the room is unfurnished and you would have your own bathroom. It’s a great space if you are a student or someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff as the home is already furnished.
There is an option to have a twin bed with mattress and foldable desk and chair.
Utilities will be split in half, which ranges around $70 a month per person.
About the roomies
About me: I am in my late 30s, work from home, and I am pretty much home all of the time, except for the occasional hikes and coffee runs. I am a friendly, social introvert and am definitely a morning person. I am a big fan of BTS, you’ll see some of their merch throughout the house. You may even hear some of their music… just a warning. :) I am a progressive Christian, liberal, INFJ, 9, and Ravenclaw… if that means anything to you.
I do watch dogs via the Rover app at times, so if you’re allergic or afraid of dogs, this may not be the place for you.
