1st let me say if you dont show yourself and have a pic dont expect me to respond I need to see who im talking to with so many fakes and scammers on here its a Must. Also I’m not LGBT friendly so please find someone that shares the same lifestyle.. I’m very straight . And no Couples!! The rooms for 1 adult only female preferred since they seem to do much better with my animals ….A private and fully furnished bedroom with new bed and dresser and night tables and large closet . There is a beautiful caged in pool and a back fenced in yard in a quiet gated community in river ridge area. I prefer Females but must be older and very mature and responsible and please not someone fresh out of high school or college this isn’t a party house. As I said prior but must be older and mature and prefer a professional person with a good stable career that can pay rent on time. .I live in a quiet gated community in river ridge area . I have a well kept home home with animals so you must love dogs and cats. Please!! if you know your not what I’m looking for in my profile don’t waste our time .. The home has 1 bedroom for rent with a private bath I’m a very quiet area All utilities are included as well as internet,cable and water .. And also I do have a 2 car garage so room for a second car if needed .If I don’t respond back we probably would be a good fit as roomies because Im very selective who I bring in my home… I’m not desperate and don’t need a roomie but would like one for my animals when I’m not around so won’t jump into bringing someone in here who isn’t what I want. … Just be normal and have yr own life with a job and no drama that’s pretty simple . The rooms in a nice safe,quiet place with animals and a nice pool to relax so it’s very comfortable environment for the right person. ….. There is a Large screened in pool almost like yr living in a small resort ..There’s a pool table and fenced in back yard for children and pets . Also no messy or cluttered individuals this is not a storage unit but a room to rent so please don’t expect to store tons of things here that won’t work and be respectful … Also a non or outside smoker and no drugs tolerated not even medical marijuana as so many people that contact me seem seem to say I’m looking Looking for Month of November .
