20th Street

I am renting a room in my home in a quiet neighborhood north of the Pearl Street mall. I own the home and rent 2 rooms, one of which is occupied by a CU grad student. We would share the kitchen and laundry facilities. The property has a large backyard and patio and is near bike paths and bus.

I am a social worker and have lived in Boulder for 45 years. I work from home and my adult son with special needs visits on some weekend afternoons. My housemate Aaron works/studies at home and on campus. We enjoy having the occasional meal together or hosting friends. I love camping, singing, dancing, going on meditation retreats and hugging my son.
