Private room available! Just off of Drake and College approximately 2 miles away from CSU and close to a bus stop. I’ll be relocating soon and would like someone to sublease to. Typically utilities is around $40 per month. I’d like to not have to move the furniture in the room so if you’d be interested in the room being furnished I will leave them for you. Looking for female roomies only please :)

The roommates are two professional women. They’re both busy-bees so they’re always out and about. One has a dog who is very sweet, she gets along with other pups as well! They’re both very adventurous and outdoorsy in their free time.
