I am looking to add a roommate at my home in north/central Phoenix. Your room would be furnished with a bed, tv, mirror, and small drawer. I can remove any/all of items if you’d like. There is only one shared bathroom. I also have a home office setup that you can use if needed. Utilities included unless the electricity bill skyrockets after you move in lol.

I work out of town all week, so you would have the entire home to yourself most of the time. I usually come home on the weekends. I am pretty chill, and like to keep to myself for the most part. I am only expecting you to be respectful and keep the house neat.
