The room is a decent sized room it has one window a decent sized closet so right next to the kitchen the other room is right next to our other roommates room both are close to bathrooms outside of the home we’re very close to Walmart the thrift store over the bridge is a whole variety of different stores and places to go so it’s very close to that stuff we’re pretty much smacked up in the middle of both sides of town which is great we have a washer and dryer in the unit the room is unfurnished so please be aware of that also when you are bringing furniture just be aware that we do have stairs going up so just be careful and be aware of that so when you’re moving heavy stuff that you’ll have somebody that will help you unless you ask one of us to help you we wouldn’t mind.Please keep in mind the first couple months you will not be going on the lease it is more like a subletting room if you’re looking to stay long term please let me know then we can talk about the lease no pets are allowed if you are a couple that’s fine if you have children I prefer only one child but that always can’t be helped so if you have more children then we will talk about it and consider it but we prefer only one. A roommates are pretty chill we’re very quiet but we know how to have fun. We’re more like a family setting we help each other out when needed if we have it. More like best friends very welcoming outgoing respectful of other people’s privacy. We take turns cleaning and straightening up the house so it’s not just on one we like to talk out situations if we have a disagreement no drama no talking behind each other’s back.
