I live a 4 bedroom shared apartment in Sawtelle/West LA.I have the largest master suite with a en-suite bathroom and balcony. I have attached images of the my bedroom for size and reference. There is a garage, on site gym, and street parking. The base rent is $1550 and there is a mandatory service fee for the leasing agency of $99 which covers wifi, cleaning supplies, and monthly cleanings of the commons rooms. Utilizes are not included and are divided amongst the 4 roommates which can be about ($20-75) depending of use and monthly costs. I am planning to move out Jan 2023. There is currently 2 male roomates and 1 female roomate. ESA animals allowed.
