About the room
We have: one partly furnished double with both slots (each paying 980) and one partly furnished single (paying 1200) available in this 5 bedroom house with a shared living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. These rooms share a bathroom and it can fit an extra large twin sized bed. Displayed rent excludes utilities (which amounts to around 100 per person per month).
There is a spacious backyard and reliable internet.
It is within walking distance from the grocery store, bus stops (which can take you to downtown, the beach, and UCSC), a drug store and various restaurants.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets as per our landlords’ request.
About the roomies
Hello! My name is Ben and I’m a third year Business Management Economics major at UCSC and I like to crochet. I’m going to be a former tenant of this household but I am responsible for finding replacement housemates!
There are two other girls and one guy that will live in the house (all of whom are students UCSC).
