the place is a back house , its one room would be shared recently moved in so still need to purchase certain items such as a fridge and stove , rent is due every month on the 9th.The back house is connected to the rest of the house so noise has to be limited by 1 am , we’d be sharing 1 bedroom so it’d be like a college dorm just with living room separate bathroom and kitchen . Street parking but it’s not bad , next to the 110 freeway. You could stay as long as you need , just have to be respectful, and responsible.

I am the current roomie I’m 20 years old , Im a full time student and carry two jobs so I am barely home I like going to the gym almost every other day and I love photography. Im very easy going but Im very responsible and expect the same from whoever . Although its a shared bedroom id like to stay out as much as I can from your privacy , and be respectful and ill respect you back.
