The rent would be $850-$900 per month which includes free high-speed WiFi, streaming TV and on-demand, and access to over 500,000 Spectrum hotspots nationwide. There are 2 refrigerators (with filtered water)for extra food storage along with free onsite laundry appliances (washer/dryer), fireplace, customized temperature control for each room, (individualized mini-split heater/AC units) and upgraded USB high charging wall outlets in each room. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private doorlock and key to maintain personal privacy. There are also fruit trees in backyard including organic avocado, orange, and guava and plenty of on-site parking open and carport options. Ring doorbell with camera is installed by current tenants and an additional outdoor security camera surveillance is facing gated entry to driveway accessible by tenants through app. Female only and no couples.
