Hi there! This room is in a 3-bedroom 1.5-bathroom house. You would be renting a private room although would have full access to the rest of the house. This includes a full kitchen, living room with TV and Fire TV Stick, basement, dining room, washer & dryer and fast Wi-Fi. There is free on and off-street parking. First come first serve with the 2 parking spots in the driveway. All utilities are included in the monthly rate. The house is located 5 minutes from the highway where you can get to just about anywhere in 20 minutes.

A housekeeper will be coming in once a month for a full house clean although I expect tenets to clean up after themselves daily. This house is meant to be a joyful, safe escape that you look forward to coming home to after a long day. Feel free to reach out with additional questions!

-Proof of employment with income being 3x monthly rent

-No smoking or excessive drinking

-Quiet hours 10pm-7am

-No pets

You will be living with up to 2 roommates who are full time working professionals.

I own the house but I’m only around about 1-2 times a month. I love traveling and have been to 13 countries and plan on going to many more. I am very active and compete in triathlons, love mountain biking and weightlifting and enjoy doing photography as a hobby.
