This listing is for single occupancy only. The house is located in a rural/country setting with plenty of privacy, peace and quite. Located just south of Rock Hill, SC and minutes to I-77 making a commute into Rock Hill, Lancaster and Charlotte, NC manageable. There are horses and dogs on the property so if you like animals then that’s a plus, but we don’t allow animals in the house, not even our own. The house is of modern construction and is a completely finished walk out basement where there is a private entrance. The entire downstairs portion is what’s available, 1,300 sq/ft, which is a whole house in itself, private entrance, large deck, huge great room, bed room, full bath and full kitchen, all completely furnished. High speed internet, cable tv and all utilities are included.

I am a middle aged white male professional, at times there are two of us living here. Typically, the normal work week is 8-5, M-F, early to bed and early to rise. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place to relax and stays that way.
