the building is located on e 6th street, walking distance from ralphs & retro row! it is a great location and a great neighborhood. there are 17 units, so it’s a small building. there is a laundry room downstairs that works with an app. water & trash is paid for, utility bills include energy & internet, which is usually arouns 120-140 per person a month. the room has great lighting! there is one parking spot we will rotate out weekly, and street parking is also available and not too difficult to find. you need to be approved by the property management group in order to sign the lease. 3 months paystubs making 2x the rent, rental history, and credit check. co-signers are welcome. you pay rent to the property management group through an app.

i’m 27, i’ve been living in long beach for four years and i love it! i like to go thrifting, watch movies, go to concerts, work out, check out new bars and restaurants, but also like to chill at home. i have two very sweet cats who are registered ESAs. the apartment unfortunately has a two pet maximum, so please no other pets. i’m looking for someone respectful who can pay bills on time. i am not very knit picky on cleanliness. i like to have shared spaces maintained, but understand sometimes things can get messy during the week when things are busy, just need to reset during the weekend! i’d liek to find someone who feels similarly!
