walking distance to ralphs & retro row, 10 min drive to CSULB. the apartment building is two stories with only 17 apartments so it’s a nice lil community. the building has laundry downstairs that uses an app so it’s super easy. as for the apartment itself it has a dishwasher, new fridge & new stove, water is paid for, & there is no gas so the only utility bills are energy & internet (abt 75 each a month) the apartment is on the second floor with a nice big window in the living room so it has great lighting as does the room :) there is one parking spot we would rotate and street parking is not too bad. you do have to be approved by the property management group (mashcole) in order to be able to sign the lease. its v basic: 3 months paystubs making 2x the rent, rental history, and credit check. co-signers are welcome. you pay rent to the property management group through an app or you can also do cashier’s check but I find the app is a lot easier.
