Kim's room

Cute older home with character on a very large lot with a rural feel. Hiking trailhead is just a short walk at the end-of-the street. Trail leads to mountain biking trails, American River bike trail, and Lake Natoma. Located just a birds’ flight across from Lake Natoma from Old Folsom’s Sutter Street (basically the bluff area above Lake Natoma. Very quiet quaint friendly neighborhood. Very Large newly upgraded room with shared kitchen and washroom. Private bathroom. Room is large enough for a bedroom furniture and small couch to create a bed/living room area. Utilities are to be split in 1/2. I am looking for a quiet respectable roommate who is responsible and considerate of other’s property. No pets are allowed, no smoking, no parties (other than the occasional wine or cocktails), no drugs, or sleep overs unless approved by myself.

I am a full-time student in nursing school and am gone often during the day. I have a fun light-hearted sense of humor and appreciate others with a light-hearted sense of humor as well. If you are easily offended or the very serious type, then we would not be a good match as roomies. I am friendly and enjoy others but also enjoy my quiet time as I am often studying. My adult children visit occasionally. I also have 2 school-aged grandchildren that visit occasionally but live in Nevada, so not often, and I travel there occasionally for a couple days at a time. My home has an alarm system and it is important to me that my home be secure when at home and away. Therefore, I expect my roommate to respect myself and my home and value security as well. There is plenty of parking on my very large driveway, please do not park on my wood bridge. There is also lots of parking on the street. We are still finishing a few final touches on the room but it will be ready for move in by 1.14.22 and renting on a month to month basis.
