Looking for two female roommates for this species living room. There is a twin size bed, and futon bed, and and extra couch to sleep on in the living room. Dining area is for 4 people. Personal Cabinet space in the Kitchen, and in the fridge. Portable AC and the gas heater are in the living room. The place is close to Larchmont Village, Vons, Trader Joe’s, ArcLight movie theatre, NETFLIX and so many coffees, restaurants. Bus stops are just around the corner to downtown LA, Santa Monica, South Bay Galleria. This place is super clean (NO SHOES ALLOWED INSIDE).
About the roomies
I am a working professional. Staying here 3-5 days in a week. Mostly, at the gym or at the office, or sometimes I am working from home. I am very clean (hygiene is important).
