2 bed / 1 bath on the third floor (not wheelchair accessible).

• Private bedroom is unfurnished, carpeted, with two windows. It is quite large, I have fit a queen bed and two dressers with ease.
• Large closet is just outside of the bedroom in the hallway. Direct door to the bathroom.
• Laundry in the basement
• There is a cat and she is an angel! No dogs at this time, open to discussing another cat.
• This is a queer & trans-friendly home, racism/sexism/etc very unwelcome
• Landlord is very kind and lives on the bottom floor. We don’t run into each other often, she is timely when needed.
• There is street parking; it’s also directly on the 4 bus line. Easy 12 minute bus ride downtown! The location is just off peninsula right past Deering Oaks park.
• Move in date flexible, ideally asap with the right fit!

My name is Jude (they/them) and I am 31. I’ve lived here for a year and I love it. I’m seeking a roommate as I look to go to school part time in the spring. Currently I work from home M-TH 8-6 (office area will be in my room). I value open & direct communication, community, cleanliness, and care. It’s not a deal-breaker, but I would love to build a friendship with whoever moves in! I am sober, you don’t have to be, but heavy substance use would not be a good fit for me. I am very open to figuring out how to use the communal spaces in a way that accommodates both of our needs and preferences! I like to host friend for shared meals, and will sometimes have an overnight guest.
