Your room has a large closet with loads of storage space. Extra blanket is provided and clean towels and wash cloth. This room has beautiful decor and a open loft area to relax, read or lounge. Rent includes utilities, washer & dryer access weekly, private bathroom, loveseat lounge in open loft area. Room access and microwave in the kitchen are available. Guest can utilize one shelf in the refrigerator for storing any food. No eating is permitted in the room and all drinks must be in a spill proof container or water bottle. Their is no living room access at this time. Their is a open loft area with a couch to sit. Guest can eat food at the dining table. Non smokers and drug free. No vaping allowed. No firearms or weapons permitted unless licensed with written permission.This community is very private and quiet. Beautiful walking trails are only minutes away, HEB grocery store is 5 minutes away and restaurants are walking distance. This location is very bright with loads of natural sunlight. About the roomies I am a Airbnb host and offer my one room for professionals and travelers. I am a mom of two adult sons. Our family relocated to Texas to buy land and start a small farm/ranch. I am a counselor, mentor and multi business owner. I work from home throughout the week periodically in my home office. I have one other month to month renter that is quiet and works evenings. Everyone is background verified and works daily. I prefer working adults and professionals. My space is very clean, neat and quiet. We have house rules that everyone follows to keep the home beautiful and tidy. All guest and renters must be clean and upkeep the space with neatness and consideration.
