Depending on the tenant, the room can be fully or partially furnished or unfurnished. WiFi and all utilities are included. You have access to the clubhouse with a gym, pool, and tennis courts included in the rent. Washer/Dryer are on site. The house is in a quiet residential area with free on-street parking.
