Vista Glen Lane

Hello, we have a room available for rent in an apartment mid-January, location is about 2 minutes away from the vista library, minutes from highway 78, close to restaurants and theater. Looking for single person might consider a couple might also consider 1 child, have access to kitchen and backyard and also have 1 parking spot. This apartment is a 2 story; rooms are upstairs, half bathroom downstairs and 1 full bathroom upstairs. 500$ deposit needed (refundable). Unfortunately no pets allowed :(

We are a couple in the apartment, my girlfriend works part time and goes to school full time, I work full time. We are not loud we will occasionally have friends over for a drink or two, nothing to crazy.
