Hi everyone, I have 1 room available in this house for rent with the lease starting January 15th ! Im a Jr in SCAD illustration and my other roommate is a sophomore in Socail Media Strategy and management. The size of the bedroom is 11.5x12 ft with really nice lighting. The room comes with a mattress, bedside table, and work desk. Rent is $850 and all utilities are included. That includes a full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bonus room, screened in porch, back yard and parking. The house is fully furnished. The whole house is 1753 square feet. Complete fenced in backyard with 6 ft privacy fence, security cameras in the front and back. Washer and dryer, central A/C. 2.5 miles to historic downtown and river street, 3 miles to SCAD if you’re a student, less than 10 minute drive to pretty much every kind of store you need. I also have a cat, who’s very shy but super friendly! Preferably looking for year long rentals but we can always talk about other options! Me and the other girl living in this house are very laid back. We respect each others privacy and keep shared spaces clean, overall its a very calm home environment. We are both students who work in food service, so some nights we get home late, but try not to be too loud if we know the other is sleeping!
