Looking for someone to fill an unfurnished room in a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Sugarhouse. $800/month rent, and utilities usually run $40-80ish/month. There’s a garage for some light storage and you and one other can share one garage space, plus a 2-car driveway. Small shared backyard with nice patio and trees. Super great location close to downtown SH, but also on a quiet tucked away street.

Looking to fill the room starting 1/1/23 but it may be open a week or so before that. Operated as a month to month lease but looking for someone who wants to stay a year. 

Two roommates. Looking for someone easygoing and fun/chill/responsible and also a working professional. Shared space is pretty compact, so if you need to work from home you’ll be to do so from your room.  Best fit would be someone somewhat who is responsible but fun and easygoing and clean in the space. Being fun and into outdoor stuff is a plus as I’d like someone likeminded. No pets, no couples.

Located in a townhouse development where I try to be very respectful of the homeowners here. So polite and quiet is an absolute necessity. No tolerance for bringing any negative attention to us.

I work in software and work from home. The other works at the brewery down the street.
