Hello everyone Posting on behalf of a friend, he is looking for a MALE roommate in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Rockaway NJ, starting from Jan 1 2023. The rent is 1340$ + utilities. You will have to get on the lease with option to renew next year which will be in July. The apartment complex is new and we are one of the first tenants. The complex has resort like amenities including a gym,recreational area, pool,barbecue deck and gas fired fireplaces on lounging tables. The complex is surrounded by mountains and the apartment has two walls full of windows in living room providing tons of natural light also has a balcony and a spacious kitchen.
The bedroom is a spacious, fits a queen bed as you can see in pictures. The brand new mattress and tv, table, chair is all yours if you need it.

The roommate Sanket is a quiet, understanding guy who spends most of his time at office and gym. He’s looking for someone who’s also a working professional and plus points if you’re a fitness enthusiast.
