Six month lease required. SMUD, PG&E, internet will be shared and equally split. Credit and background check required. The house is in a great location. Close to freeway access and shopping.

I am the home owner currently living on the property. I am looking for a mature roommate. Age is not a pre-requisite. I would prefer a male who will fit this description. I’m looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. Someone who respects property and space. I’m asking for a 6 month lease but if you’re a good fit, we can entertain a longer stay. Please come with references as I will check from your previous residences about your living habits. No smoking and only light drinking will be acceptable. No drugs or over night company stays.

I work away from home and would prefer to have someone who does the same. I am looking for someone that is used to sharing space and can clean after themselves and leave things as they found them.

I don’t generally use the heating and cooling system unless the temps get extreme but that rarely happens in this area. I try to conserve as much energy as possible in reference to heating, cooling and electricity. I prefer to have someone who can live by dressing appropriate for the seasons.

I have a very comfortable home. As long as you are respectful, clean up after yourself and can live in a group setting, that is what I’m after.
