E Street

We are renting our unfurnished (furniture in pics is to show room size. The bed is a king) master bedroom with a private bathroom in our 2013 manufactured home. Rent is $900 per month plus electric and internet. There is a $900 security deposit.

The home is in Golden Terrace West, a quiet neighborhood in Golden, CO. We are a 5-minute walk from the Jefferson County Light rail Station. A 15-minute walk to the Apex Trailhead. 10-minute drive to Red Rocks. 2.5 miles from Colorado School of Mines. Easy access to I-70, C470, and 6th Ave.

You will have 1 designated parking spot plus visitor parking, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, shared kitchen/dining, and living room. There is a small fenced outdoor space.

There are three of us living here but two of us will only be in the home one week out of every six. As we are moving out of state. So, most of the time you will share the common spaces with one other person. Below is a little about us.

Tom & Am: We are a bohemian couple in our 40’s who love to make art and travel. We have an opportunity to live most of our time in South Dakota working remotely but are required to come back to Golden every 6-12 weeks for work. When in town, we will be staying in the smaller 3rd room and working in the office, not at home.

Casey: Is a professional in his mid-thirties. He exclusively works from home. He is quiet and loves to draw, paint, and read. He will be your main roommate.

Frankie-Lyn: He is a 12 yr. oldish Miniature Pincher. He is quiet and loves sleeping, belly rubs, and long walks. He travels with Tom & Am and may or may not come back with us when we are in town. No other pets are allowed.

You will need to pass a credit/background check for a non-refundable fee of $55 which goes to the company that runs the report.
