Utopia Drive

This is at the Utopia Cottages directly across from/behind College Vue. There are 3 rooms available. Rent is $689, and bills are usually $110-120. This place is within walking distance to UWF (less than 1/4 mile away & closer than the Rhelm). You get your own private bathroom and closet. The area is also extremely safe. There are 8 houses in this neighborhood, and the people here are mostly all college students (one or two houses have adults in the workforce). It’s a great, quiet neighborhood, and I personally love it. We have great neighbors and I generally have never had an issue living here.

Roommates are three other men. There is one dog here. Lease ends on July 31, but the three who are living here have resigned for another year as they plan on leaving for the armed forces at some point (maybe September). Perfect place to live in for the summer. If you want to stay here long term, you will likely need to find 3 new roommates in a few months.
