I’m looking for a roommate, maybe 2 to live on the main floor ($1650/mo + deposit). We share the kitchen, and I live in the finished basement. Main floor is twice the size of the basement and has a living room and joined family room, a bedroom and storage room. Available now. The carpet in the attached room in pic 3 isn’t permanent and can be easily removed. Tile floor is underneath. Rent includes water, trash, and sewage. Utilities and internet are extra. We each have our own full bathrooms. It’s a nice, comfortable house with a good size yard (fenced back yard). Looking for the right situation both for me and my roommate. Any potential tenant will have to apply and be approved by the management company. They own the house, I am a renter. It’s quick and easy. I am the only one living here. I am an author, musician, producer, martial arts instructor, and working to grow my new online store. I work mostly from home. Despite being a musician and music producer, I am quiet at home. I work mostly at night but am considerate if I have a roommate who has a day schedule. But because I sleep late, I would ask the same in return when I’m sleeping. I do like to go out but prefer a more chill laid-back environment in the house. I’m not a drinker or a smoker and don’t do drugs. But I’m ok with marijauna and/or someone who occasionally drinks. I’m not a “neat freak” but I like a clean house and kitchen. I do like to cook. I mainly want someone who, like me, is considerate and responsible. I have a good standing with the management company and want to keep it that way.
