From my roommates- The house is big, historic and beautiful, with a large wrap around porch. There is a 1/4 acre garden where we love to have gatherings under the lemon tree. We grow food. The other rooms are upstairs and the room we are renting is the only downstairs room. It’s big and beautiful with lots of natural light, overlooking the garden. You’d be sharing the downstairs with us which is on its own 1200 sq feet. There is dedicated, secure parking. There is laundry on site. We are close to Alameda and Fruitvale BART. The room is available as of January 1st.

From my roommates- We are looking for someone to move into the ground floor room of the house we live in. We’d love to find someone who is a good match to happily share a home with us! I’m French and a filmmaker, and J. is born and raised in the Bay and works as a plumber. Our 2 kids are awesome and calm, happy kids. We both have a lot of experience in shared living. We live with a lot of joy despite the adversities of life in the Bay Area. There would be a lot more to say about us that we would love to share in a conversation!
