beth's room

Hello, my name is beth (she/her) and i’m looking for two more roomates in my 4br apartment. Each room has its own bathroom, and the bedrooms are located upstairs from the living room/kitchen/balcony. We have a clubhouse and pool in a gated community very close to UK campus (red bus right across the street if needed). Looking for a student or someone working in lexington in the 19-23 range.

Next year it will be me and another friend. I’m very clean but in an understanding way, i just don’t want it to be gross. I have a cat and it’s a pet friendly apartment as long as they are vaccinated and tested. Super laid back but still intentional about communication. Safe space for anyone! I have asthma so no smoking inside but we have a balcony.
