About the room
Hi everybody, my name is Josh, I’m an RN and I have a condo with two bedrooms/one shared bathroom available for subletting for those of you who are rotating in any of the nearby hospitals/going to any of the nearby Universities, or just need a place to stay! I will be living in the Master as well, so should any problems/issues/concerns come up, I will be there to help as much as I possibly can!

- Pre-furnished with keyed entry(Twin bed, computer desk, chair, floor lamp w/ study light, 2 dressers, clock, trash can, blackout curtains)
- Utilities included (except Gas/Electric, we will split that 3-ways)

About the roomies
I’m a nurse and a musician, I do plan on having recording/practice sessions in my room, but I will be as quiet as I possibly can! I have electric drums, not acoustic, so you won’t have to worry about that type of noise lol
